Increased headaches and migraines come with pregnancy territory. Do everything you would normally do, such as staying hydrated, rested, keeping blood sugar balanced with regular eating and cutting out the foods and activities that might encourage them (endless screen time…). Don’t take medication without seeking your doctor’s advice, as even over the counter pills are often not suitable in pregnancy.

And, if you experience a new pain or acute and severe sensation, do speak to your doctor to rule out hypertension.
