Expecting multiples can be a huge shock, the best news you’ve ever had or the cause of great worry and stress (or all three). You’ve probably got all sorts of thoughts spinning around your head. How will I cope? Will I be huge? How can I deliver two or three babies? Wow! Oh no! You might feel like you’re all over the place, feeling one thing one minute and one the next, but try not to worry. This is all perfectly normal. Whatever you’re feeling, don’t think you’re alone in feeling it.
Check out online resources, join local groups, reach out to other multiples mums for reassurance. It can help just to be around others who’ve been where you are now and gone through what you’re going through, and they can be an invaluable source of info and advice.
